Neyshmi is a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Spearhead Realty Group LLC. She assists clients with real estate transactions, including: selling, buying, and leasing.

Neyshmi has worked as a Realtor since July 2016. Prior to real estate, she worked in the banking and accounting industry for almost 10 years. Neyshmi has a double major Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in Entrepreneurship & Management. In addition, she holds a  Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. Neyshmi collaberates with other real estate agents, title companies, and lenders to complete the purchase or sale of a home. She works with her clients so that they can  achieve their goals by employing exceptional communication and honesty. in turn, building a trusting relationship along the way.
